52 weeks 5 days per week: Monday through Friday with the exception of officially recognised holidays as listed in the Collective Labour Agreement for Child Care and two training days per year.
The center is not open on officially recognised holidays as listed in the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) for Child Care and two training days per year for the carers. Officially recognised holidays cannot be compensated in time or money. It is however possible to exchange the day that the child centre is closed because of a training day for another day until the date of the next training day.
The date of the training days will be communicated long before the days take place.

Contracts start on the 1st or on the 16th of the month.
Method of payment
Payment takes place on a monthly basis in advance of the first month of care by means of direct debit. If you do not wish to use direct debit, then we can send you a giro payment – for this service, we charge € 5,00 extra per invoice. Internet banking does not count as direct debit.
If you correctly request the subsidy from the Dutch Tax authorities (‘Belastingdienst’) a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of care, you will also receive the subsidy in the month before the care starts.

Full days: € 245.70 per day per month, € 5.67 per hour;
The tariff include food and diapers.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the placement prior to the starting date, you have to officially withdraw your child/children. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing or by e-mail to the department of Placement and Planning of the regional office before the 1st or the 16th of the month. The notice period for cancellation is two months. In the event of a (partial) cancellation within two months of the starting date of actual care, the two months of childcare costs as stipulated in the contract will be charged. There are no exceptions to this rule.
